YesAs a gift to myself for my fortieth birthday, I decided to try Medifast. I have done almost every diet known to man, and none of them seem to work, or if they do work, it is only for a short period of time. I committed myself to making Medifast work, and lost 22 pounds in two months, and 53 in six months. I look at the before and after pictures, and honestly can't believe what I used to look like. I have more energy at all times, and am just a much happier person.

YesDear Medifast, I would like to request that you make it more obvious that the results that you promote on your website are not the normal results. I bought six months worth of food through your site, and I lost a total of 15 pounds. Sure, this is better than not losing anything, but when you promote how people lost 100+ pounds in the same time frame, it makes me feel like a failure. I guess I will continue your program, as it has helped me lose some weight, but I am dissappointed that I have not lost more.

YesMy husband and I were each overweight and we decided that we needed ot get our lives under control so that we could have children. After one month, we had each lost 10 pounds. After three months, he had lost 23 pounds and I had lost 32 pounds. After a whole year on Medifast, I now wear a size 4 and he wears size 29 pants. They have changed our lives, and we just found out last week that we are pregnant. They gave us back our life and I can't express our gratitude completely.

YesThank you Medi Fast. Before I tried Medifast, all I did was sit on the couch and wish for a better life. I started their plan and I started on an exercise regiment that has changed my life. In six months, I've lost more than 20 pounds. I'm wearing clothes that I haven't been able to wear for almost 20 years, and I love the reaction I get from friends who I haven't seen in a while. Their product works and I strongly encourage anyone who is considering it to give it a shot. You will be impressed.
