Navigating the Bike Bandit web page was probably one of the easiest experiences I can possible have asked for. This was the only place I was easily able to find not so easy to find parts for my older BMW. Most impressive was the fact that following my order I was set for a wait of a couple of weeks at least before I could ride my old jewel. The parts arrived about four days after my order including across a weekend. Once again...seriously impressed. I'd recommend this outfit to anyone as it was recommended to me by a friend in my bike club.

It really was easy to find the custom BMW bike part I was looking for on BikeBandit.com. The layout of the website was nice and clean and was actually informative in Now It showed exploded views of parts and components. If I had any reason to complain it would be about their shipping. l paid $9.95 for shipping of a very small part and it didn't leave their warehouse for 2 days through USPS. If I'm going to pay more for the shipping than the part I would hope to have it sent out sooner and via UPS or FedEx, so maybe they need to upgrade their shipping options.

Bikebandit.com actually turned out to be a little more expensive than other motorcycle sites that I've shopped. I couldn't believe that they don't offer free shipping, as with 99% of other sites. The only reason why I ordered from them is because they were the only online store that had the helmet that I needed in stock, and that I could use Bill Me Later with. Also, I wasn't too impressed when I was not given a tracking number when my order shipped because I wanted to make sure that I was home, or at least someone was, when it got there.

I initially ordered a motorcycle cover for my Honda Shadow that was on sale and ordered the wrong size. I contacted BB and they immediately replied with instructions on what to do. I'm returning and exchanging it for the correct size and they give me no reason to anticipate anything less than excellent service from them now, and in the future. I am sorry to anyone that is having poor service with them. Just be patient and I do confirm that you will be satisfied with the order you place with them.

Wow! Bikebandit.com is by far the best online place to shop for bike parts. The best thing is the schematic identification of parts which makes it very easy to buy the exact part needed and not waste any money. Ordered the parts I needed and received them in less than a week. I am very happy with their prompt service, and already thinking about shopping for more accessories from them, and I have already told the guys in the bike club about their services so that I can spread the word.
